Welcome to our online store! If you visit our shop it means that you automatically accept all these terms and conditions. Please carefully read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements.
Nowadays it is very important to care about the information because we are living in the informational society and you can't underestimate the way information will be used and shared. Trust is the cornerstone of friendship and we appreciate your decision to choose our store. We are living you a full access to different types of information concerning your account.

1. Customer and Recipient Information Requirements:
Creation of Account or Guest Account Details - Address, Contact Phone numbers, email address supplied:
We only act on the information you supply , therefore any details you have entered that are incorrect renders Carla Florist not liable for any non-delivery. Please take care to supply current/valid contact numbers to enable us to contact you or the recipient should we encounter any issues arising from your order with us. Delivery Address for the Recipient includes the POST CODE, our website uses the Post Code to determine the Delivery Cost, therefore please ensure you correctly enter this information when you place the order. With regard to any "Card Message" supplied we accept what you have written as correct therefore Carla Florist will not accept liability for any spelling, grammar mistakes the message wil be written as stated
The Personal information you enter is only for the purpose of fulfiling your order and Carla Florist will not disclose to any 3rd parties. For your security your IP address will be logged and recorded with the order information. Our website uses cookies to enable browsing features, we do not store any personal or financial information about customer used cookies. 

2. Order Prices and Selection of Extras.
All prices shown on our website are Inclusive of GST and currency is Australian dollars (AUD)
You have the availability to adjust the Price by utilising the Selection section covering, Size, Extras, such as Wrapping (included with purchase) or Vase, Pots, baskets, plus we offer our Carla card (included with your purchase) or Gift card.
Delivery Fees are in addition and will be added once the recipients Post Code has been entered.
Carla Florist use Paypal to process our payments and therefore do not hold any Credit card details on file. Please visit the PayPal website if you require any further information. 

3. Customer Request and Card Message Section
Should you have a request we will try our best to manage however if we are unable to meet will contact you using the dtails you have entered. 
Please use this section to enter your message - take care with any spelling and grammar as we write what you enter. 

4. Photographs/Images.
All images are Carla Florist examples - each has a detailed description and if any Vases, Ceramic pots, Baskets or Containers are shown they also include the value. Should you wish to purchase the exact flowers of an image - please use the Selection boxes to add each component to your order.

5. Seasonal Availability - Bouquets/Arrangements/Posies/Roses/Plants
Due to the term "Seasonal" Flowers these are the best and freshest flowers available at various times of the year. Therefore if a request is received for "Out of Season" Flowers, we will undertake to contact you to discuss substitiions - if not contactable we will use "In Season" flowers to closely match the price and quality that you originally ordered. 

6. Dont like what we have created or Flowers not as expected.
Please phone us immediately and we will discuss the problem and in most cases will replace to the same value. This is on the understanding we are able to collect the original order on receipt of the new one. Should this not be available we hold the right to not rectify the problem. 

7. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order before the delivery has left our shop a full refund will apply. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been collected by courier from our shop - a standard $20 fee will apply - this covers the cost of courier plus a small re stocking fee. Any refund of orders for online, telephone or in our shop will be credited to the original credit card or to the Paypal account used for payment. For Cash purchases we will refund cash, alternatively we will arrange for a Shop credit voucher for use with your next purchase.
Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. Our company is located in Sydney Australia and the laws of the state of New South Wales shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.

Carla Florist Delivery Policy, Order Times, Delivery Times and Cancellation:

Order Times:
These are required to allow us to fulfil your request in a timely manner and provide you the best service.
Monday to Friday:
Orders received prior to 12noon will be scheduled for delivery on same day
Saturday:
Orders received prior to 10am will be scheduled for delivery on same day
Sunday:
Generally closed - however with notice given we can arrange "Local" Eastern Suburbs deliveries if the Order request is received up to 1pm Saturday. Upon receipt of your order we will phone you to discuss times. Alternatively please phone us on 02 93262111.
Public Holidays:
We do not deliver. However in some cases we maybe able to help - should you wish to discuss

Special Days:
Valentines Day and Mothers Day, On the Home page of our website we will publish Order times 7 days prior to allow flexibility of delivery times where possible.
Delivery Times:
Carla Florist will always try and meet your requirements - however the delivery fees are for a standard service with no time delivery other than on the day of the order if it is placed per above Order time policy.
However, we provide a "Customer Request" section on each product page - please use this section to specify a delivery time if required.Should youspecify a time that is not achievable we will phone you to discuss options.

Sydney Metropolitan Area - Residential Addresses:

Monday to Friday: 
Orders received prior to 12noon will be scheduled for same day delivery.
Saturday: 
Orders received prior to 10am, will be scheduled for same day delivery.
Sunday: 
Generally closed - however with notice given we can arrange "Local" Eastern Suburbs deliveries if the Order request is received up to 1pm Saturday. Upon receipt of your order we will phone you to discuss times. Alternatively please phone us on 02 93262111.- except Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, at these times we will publish cutoff times on our Website homepage.
Public Holidays: 
We do not deliver flowers on Public Holidays. However in some cases we maybe able to help - should you wish to discuss

Outside Sydney Metropolitan Area:

Cut off time is 10am of the previous day. If this does not suit - please give our shop a call on 02 93262111 and we can discuss the options available.
All other orders will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Sydney City & Eastern Suburb Area - Deliveries to business addresses:
Orders received prior 12noon will be scheduled before 5pm Monday to Friday. 
Deliveries to residential addresses may be made up to 6pm Monday to Friday and up to 5pm on Saturdays. 
Please note that during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, orders to residential addresses might occur later than these times. Please make of use the Special Instructions to communicate your requirements.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are Postcode based. Please proceed with your order and ensure you have the Postcode and will be calculated upon entering the details.
If we receive your order by the prescribed times above your order will be delivered by 6pm. However if we are experiencing any delays we will phone you to discuss other options. Delays are sometimes beyond our control as we work with couriers who maybe effected by heavy traffic, bad weather, fuel strikes and any other unforeseen event will prevent us from delivering in the prescribed time.

Cancellations:
